Our foundation for these past years has been the beautiful City of Green, Ohio. Our goal has always been to contribute to the local community with jobs and residences for families and local business. This started with the development at the Highlands at Green along with numerous residential neighborhoods. We also provide commercial office space for many local and national businesses. A few of our properties include professional office space in the Boettler Business Center, Boettler Oaks, the FedEx Custom Critical World Headquarters, and West Airport Business Center. Warmus Builders have also had a hand in the construction of many other City of Green businesses.
Our history of excellence does not happen by chance! John Warmus personally oversees every project and approaches them "hands on". He is a graduate of the University of Akron with a degree in Civil Engineering and an M.B.A. in Finance. He stays involved with the community by participating in the City of Green Design Review Board and the Akron/Portage Home Builders Association. Both John and Jane Warmus participate and support many activities and organizations in the City of Green.
